Orders are generally processed according to the processing timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete customer-provided addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required under applicable law.

The risk of loss for purchased products passes to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address provided with your order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Zumy Nutrition LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for sales made between you and Zumy Nutrition LLC, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products purchased through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to purchases and transactions made directly with Zumy Nutrition LLC.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.
